We’re looking for a passionate, creative cook who wants to grow and be part of a dynamic kitchen. Working with locally farmed and foraged ingredients, you’ll take on a wide range of tasks and have the opportunity to learn, experiment, and refine your craft every day. A solid understanding of culinary techniques and execution is an asset.
What You’ll Do
Execute dishes to Chef standards with a focus on quality and consistency
Maintain strict food safety and kitchen standards—consistency is key
Prepare ingredients for smoking, curing, pickling, fermenting, and more
Bring creativity to the kitchen—new ideas and techniques are encouraged
Keep your station clean, organized, and running efficiently
Work collaboratively and respectfully with the team and equipment
Handle the physical demands of a fast-paced kitchen

Strong culinary foundation and a drive to learn and improve
Positive attitude with openness to feedback and growth
Reliable, organized, and proactive work style
Comfortable in a physically demanding, high-energy kitchen
Culinary diploma or equivalent (Asset)
Valid Food Safe certification (Preferred)
