Gate Attendant / Concierge (Hybrid role)

We are currently seeking a Gate Attendant / Concierge in a hybrid role to join our Guest services team for our summer season. (June - September) with the opportunity for continued employment in our winter season.
This is a hybrid role split between two key guest-facing positions: Gate Attendant and Lodge Concierge (Info Desk). As part of the front-line guest experience team, you will often be the first and last point of contact for visitors to the property. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working independently, enjoys interacting with people, and takes pride in delivering clear, helpful, and friendly service in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Gate Attendant (Lower Parking Lot Gatehouse)
Greet all arriving guests and visitors with a warm, welcoming attitude
Manage gate access and monitor incoming traffic
Provide clear direction on road conditions, safety, and property guidelines
Share up-to-date information on hiking and biking trails, closures, and access points
Communicate daily updates including facility availability, events, wildlife sightings, and fire hazard ratings
Maintain consistent radio communication with the lodge team
Lodge Concierge (Info Desk)
Welcome guests at the main lodge and assist with wayfinding across the property
Support daily operations by guiding guests to dining, spa, and activity areas
Assist with event flow and guest coordination as needed
Facilitate completion of activity waivers and general guest inquiries
Monitor parking areas and support overall site organization
Act as a central point of information to ensure guests feel informed and taken care of
